This article is one in a series called Cool Tools. I will share sites, software, plugins and gadgets that save me time, money or somehow help to streamline my business in an effort to help you do the same.
Wisestamp is a tool that I love, love, love to use as a Virtual Assistant. What do you use right now at the end of your emails? Do you just type in your name? Did you scan in your actual signature and add that? Do you find yourself manually adding your contact info at the bottom of every email?
Well, you don’t have to do those things anymore! Give your email recipients something more with Wisestamp. You can customize a great email signature filled with your social media contacts, ways to reach you and even an opportunity to subscribe to your list!
Let me show you what I mean so that you can get an idea of how helpful it is. Here is my signature for Transcription e-Services.
Just look at all of the great things that I was able to add to my signature! (Click the image to enlarge) Not only does it contain a live link to my website, but I was able to add a link to my free report as well as a link to sign up for my blog’s RSS feed. Then I was able to list all of my social media profiles and my Skype contact info.
Wisestamp seems to constantly add new features like the “Latest tweet” box there at the bottom. It encourages people to hop over and connect with you on Twitter. This kind of email signature really gives you the opportunity to include a call to action in every email that you send while looking really professional.
You can also add more than one signature to be used for business or personal accounts. I use it via Gmail but it is also compatible with Yahoo, Hotmail and other providers. Remember that you can customize your Gmail address with a domain email address to look more professional.
Wisestamp is pretty helpful, huh? Want to try it out? Click here to check it out for yourself. Don’t forget to let me know what you think in the comments section!
