I hope that you have found my posts to be helpful thus far. I wanted to give you a starting point for your exercise if you have not decided on something that you like to do at least once a week. Even if you have found something, if you can only get away once a week to do it, you still want to have some other physical activity that you do several times a week that can help you start burning calories and stay healthy.
